In this trailer, "Capture the Sister" you can see how you will handle the little sister in Bioshock2.
Yo can literaly catch the girls and drive em in a secure place. Amazing. Afterall i'm a bit disapponted because of the way you keep the girl in your hand, it is barely the same from Condamned 2. Do you remember the evil dolls? Same idea? -.-
